Warranty infoRMATION

Effective Date: From the time the product is registered  Product Registration (nnanos.com)  Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase date.

Product Covered: All products containing LED lighting (strip light and all wiring.)

Warranty Period: Strip lighting on the purchased date of the device, 5 years.

1. Warranty Coverage: NNanos warrants that the above-mentioned product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the Warranty Period. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") and is not transferable.

2. Warranty Claims: If the Product fails to perform as specified during the Warranty Period due to a defect in material or workmanship, Purchaser must follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

• Contact the Manufacturer's      Customer Service Department at info@nnanos.com to report the issue and      obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the Product securely,      including the RMA number, and return it to the Manufacturer at the address      provided by Customer Service, along with a copy of the original purchase      receipt.

3. Warranty Remedies: Upon receiving the defective Product and verifying the warranty claim, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

a) Repair the Product; b) Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model; c) Provide a refund for the original purchase price if the Product cannot be repaired or replaced.

The Manufacturer reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts or units for warranty service.

4. Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident,      misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear, including      but not limited to cosmetic damage.
• Any Product that has been      tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
• Compatibility issues or damage      resulting from the use of non-compatible accessories or components.

5. No Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by law, Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

6. Additional Rights: This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

8. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Warranty Registration: To ensure prompt warranty service, Purchaser is encouraged to register the Product at https://nnanos.com/product-registrationwithin 90 days of the purchase date. The product number shown on the attached label must be added.

By using the Product, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty supersedes any other warranties, expressed or implied, and constitutes the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and the Purchaser.
